If you ever wake up many times during the night especially between the hours of 3 and 5 am, it could be serious. There may be a serious problem related to your health or something else that needs to be looked at. Like a higher power giving you a message.
Each and every part of your body needs energy. If something is disturbed in your body, it’s common to wake up at night.
Waking up particularly between 3 and 5 am means you may be getting a message from someone or something.
Your higher purpose may want to tell you something. It’s like there’s a connection telling you what to do next. It can be taken as a sign that you need to do something new. You may be awaking spiritually.
Your body’s organs are energized by a clock system. Stress can make you fall asleep at odd times. For instance, between 9 and 11 pm, means you are sleeping a lot because of stress.
Between 9 pm and 11 pm relax your muscles and meditate. It is suggested that little to moderate exercise can help with sleep disturbance. Meditation is a solution too.
Waking up between 11 pm and 1 am is a sign of emotional disappointment. It may be because someone betrayed you and emotionally hurt you, and you are unable to let go of the hurt. Let go of this weight. Remove this burden you will do well for yourself.
When we forgive people, we are doing ourselves a huge favor. Learn to accept your mistakes and forgive others for the hurt they gave you. Do not keep it inside as it will ruin your sleep between 11 pm and 1 am.

Waking between 5 am and 7 am is a sign of an emotional blockage. Our large intestine gets blocked if we carry emotional baggage. If you are not sleeping properly how about forgiving some people?
Between 5 am and 7 am do some stretches and go to the loo. Some people find it hard to sleep between 5 and 7 am. You can do some exercise and light walk and then take a nap.
Listen to the message that is being communicated to you. It may be that you are carrying a burden of hate within yourself. If you are, please let it go. Waking up in the middle of the night may mean that it is time to let go for your own sake, allow your body and mind to relax.
