Combine the Epsom salts, sugar and dried peppermint leaves (whilst optional I always use them) in the glass jar. Give it a thorough mix so that the ingredients are well combined.

Add Essential Oil:

Add 8-10 drops of the peppermint essential oil to the melted coconut oil.  You can add more if you want, please remember peppermint oil is strong!

Add the Melted Coconut Oil:

Very slowing pour the melted oil into the container with the combined dry ingredients.

Mix thoroughly until it is evenly distributed.

How to Use:

Soak your feet in a basin of warm water for at least 10 – 15 minutes. Use a nail brush all over to start the dead skin removal. The start with the pumice stone to remove all the dead skin from your heels.

Change the basin to fresh warm water. Grab a good handful of the foot scrub and rub it well all over your feet, you will feel a tingle don’t worry that’s just as it should be. Rinse off with warm water, you will find that the coconut oil will remain on your feet so be careful when stepping out of your basin.

Give your feet a good dry with a towel and then apply your homemade Lavender and Peppermint Diva foot balm for cracked heels and a good handful of your Homemade Diva Leg Cream to your legs.

Keep this routine up on a weekly basis for your feet and they will thank you for it and you’ll be envied by all for such beautiful looking feet this summer.
