Crystals have been used for centuries to aid with people’s wellbeing and where they once died down to those who followed a different path in the last few decades crystals have begun to be back in popular mainstream demand.
Some people swear by the power that a crystal contains in helping them sleep, deal with stress and they look pretty awesome too so the jewelry industry has jumped on the bandwagon and you can find crystals in most stores now.
You can find some decorative crystals in people’s homes but perhaps you wouldn’t expect to find them in a bedroom drawer. One company has taken on previously unknown territory and is marketing the crystal dildo. Yes, you read that right no typos here.
Chakrubs markets itself as the original sex toy company and all its products are made from 100 percent pure crystals. The company derives its name from Chakra, the Sanskrit word which means energy wheels. The company produces handmade dildos made from precious minerals like rose quartz and pure amethyst, which each provide their respective healing properties.
Should you accidentally leave your dildo out when a visitor comes to stay they will assume it is just a decorative shaped crystal instead of your self-pleasuring gadget on your bedside table.
Chakrubs’ official website states that using these intriguing toys results in “learning to quiet the mind in order to feel subtle energies, develop emotional intelligence, strengthen self-awareness, and accepting every aspect of who you are.” It goes on to explain how using them “not only gets you off but turns you on in a way in which you will remain turned on and awakened with a renewed sense of self-awareness and wisdom.”
Sounds pretty good to me, as with all sex toys make sure you keep them clean, let’s not forget the vaginal jade egg marketed by Gwyneth Paltrow at a ridiculously high price that encouraged women to insert and leave there, ‘Oh hell no!’ Gynaecologists advised against her product as it was an insert and leave there which had the potential health risks such as bacterial vaginosis and toxic shock syndrome.
This is not an insert and leave product so I’d say you are pretty safe with a Chakrubs’ dildo!
